· Utilize the filters to narrow the table to a certain customer and time
· View the table
· What type of transactions do we typically do with a particular customer?
· Utilize the filters to narrow the table to a specified customer
· View the Transaction Type column in the table
· Who created a transaction?
· Utilize the filters to narrow the table to a specified transaction
· View the Created By column in the table
· What is the total amount remaining we have on transactions for a given customer? For a particular transaction type? Business unit?
· Utilize the filter to narrow the table to a specified customer, transaction type, or business unit
· View the Amount Remaining column in the table
· When was an invoice due?
· View the Due Date column in the table
· Are we sure a given invoice was delivered to the customer?
· View the Invoices Printed? (Yes/No) column in the table
