The following guide is intended for employees who are looking to view or complete any of the following actions:
· Answer business questions using the Collections Activity report in the Accounts Receivable Data Hub in Oracle
· AR Invoice Number/ Transaction Number: System generated number assigned to each transaction. The values are hyperlinked to a page for further review of transactions information.
· AR Credit Memo: System generated number assigned to each credit memo. The values are hyperlinked to a page for further review of transactions information.
· Customer Name: Name of the customer. The values are hyperlinked to a page for further review of customer information.
· What is the due date of the transaction?
· Utilize the filters to narrow the table to a specified transaction
· View the Due Date column in the table
· What are the transactions in a specified time range?
· Utilize the Accounting Date filter to narrow the table to a specified time range
· View the table for information on the transactions in the specified time range
· Where can you find more information on transactions?
· View the Transaction Number column
· Select the hyperlinked value (blue value)
· Select Manage Transaction Number
· User will be taken out of the report and to a page to review more details on the selected transaction
· Where can I find more information on a customer?
· View the Customer Name column
· Select the hyperlinked value
· Select Manage Customer
· User will be taken out of the report and to a page to review more details on the selected customer
· What was the last action taken to attempt to collect the outstanding debt?
· View the Notes column – this will show the most recent note made by an AR Specialist working to collect payment for the outstanding invoice.
