• On-Site Technical Support: Our team can be dispatched to your location to provide immediate technical assistance.
• Remote Support: We offer assistance via phone, email or Teams for any technical difficulties with our AV equipment.

Installation Services

• New Equipment Installation: We provide complete installation services for new audio-visual equipment, ensuring it is correctly set up and optimized for the best performance.
• System Setup: Our team can help set up AV systems, adjusting the settings to match the specific needs of the room or venue.
• Network Integration: We offer services to integrate your AV equipment into your existing network, allowing for easy control and monitoring.

Maintenance Services

• After work hours event and AV support services (work hours are M-F 8am until 5pm): The BSDIS Audio Visual Support Team is happy to coordinate getting into contact with a local AV event company to provide these services.
• Loaning or renting out of AV equipment
