Submit Print Job on Printing Web Portal


The University's printing system allows you to send print jobs online via the Papercut Printing Web Portal.

  1. Visit the Printing Web Portal.
  2. Sign in using your CNetID and Password and press Login. To access the printing web portal, you must be on the University of Chicago network. If you are remote, you will need to connect to the University's cVPN network.

  4. Once logged in, select Web Print from the option on the right side of screen.

  5. Select Submit a Job.

  6. Under Printer Name, choose pprctprint-prd1\SecurePrint (virtual) or pprctprint-prd2\SecurePrint (virtual).
  7. Then select Print Options and Account Selection.

  8. Select Upload Documents.

  9. Select Upload from Computer and choose the file you would like to print, or drag the files into the window. Select Upload & Complete.

  10. Select Submit a Job. You can then retrieve the print job at one of the Canon multifunction devices.A screenshot of a computer

  11. You can log out of the web portal by going to right of page, selecting your username, and the log out.
