Student Printing Web Portal


The University's student printing system allows you to submit print jobs online via the Papercut Printing Web Portal.

  1. Visit the Printing Web Portal.
  2. Sign in using your CNetID and password and press Login. To access the PaperCut Portal, you must be on the University of Chicago network or if you are remote you will need to connect to the University’s cVPN network.

  3. After you log in you will be connected to the Summary page of the portal. In the upper right-hand corner of the page, you will see your CBORD BALANCE. This dollar amount represents your Phoenix cASH balance.

  4. From the Summary page, select Web Print.

  5. Select Submit a Job.

  6. Under Printer Name, choose pprctprint-prd1\SecurePrint (virtual) or pprctprint-prd2\SecurePrint (virtual). Select Print Options and Account Selection.

  7. Select Upload Documents.

  8. Select Upload from computer and choose the file you would like to print, or drag the files into the window. Select Upload & Complete.

  9. Select Submit a Job. You can then retrieve the print job at one of the Canon multifunction devices.

  10. You can log out of the web portal by going to right of page, selecting your username, and the log out.
