Log in to the Canon printer by tapping your UChicago ID card.
Press Scan.
Press Scan to Box.
On the next screen, you can change the settings of the scan or press Start to begin the scan.
On the following screen, select Scan next page, Scan new document or Finish. When finished, click the log out icon in the top right-hand corner.
Note: If this was your first time using Scan to Box, you will receive an email from scans@papercut.com. Check your email and click on Login to Box.
A webpage displays requesting you to grant access to Box by entering your University email address and CNet password and clicking on Authorize.
Confirm your approval by clicking Grant Access to Box.
An authorization confirmation page displays. You are now finished with initial Box setup and will not have to register again. Just log in to Canon, press Scan, then Scan to Box and your scan will be sent.
Each time you scan to Box, you will receive an email from scans@papercut.com showing your scan. Click Go to your scan to be directed to your Box account login.
Enter your UChicago email address, then select Next to enter Box.
Once logged in to Box, your scan displays in a Scans for PaperCut MF folder.
